Roderick Vera is the first lawyer to successfully defend an Internet Domain (.ph) Dispute before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for a Philippine domain. He also successfully reacquired control and ownership of copyrights of popular bands against a multinational record company. He achieved successful registrations on difficult trademarks despite initial opposition by competent authorities. Drafted and reviewed technology transfer and licensing contracts.
