German Molina Moreno was greatly known by Filipinos as Kuya Germs and his long time aired television show “Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman”. He is a television host, actor, comedian, scouter and talent manager. Federico Moreno, Kuya Germs adopted son was also a benefactor of Mowelfund. In 1963, Kuya Germs took his acting career as being comedian in Sampaguita Pictures, the home of the biggest stars. He made to claim movie roles for the request he raised to Nene Vera-Perez when he hosted a premiere night at the Life Theater instead of paying him in cash. Kuya Germs had roles in the movies such as Dance-O-Rama, Mga Batang Iskwater, Class Reunion and Mga Batang Bakasyunista. In his success in acting career, his biggest break in television in the late 1970s when he became the producer, host and scout manager of the Sunday noontime variety show in GMA, called “That’s Entertainment”, were many actors and actresses that are currently successful in media industry started on that certain TV program. Kuya Germs also produced TV films such as Kung Mayroon Mang Pangarap, Ganti, Sa Paglinaw Ng Tubig, Ikaw, Ako, at Ang Awit, Dalawang ina, Dalawang Pag-ibig, Larawan ng Isang Ina, and Ina. He is the founder of the Eastwood City Walk of Fame resembling to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood California.
